August 12, 2006 — TopLine Federal Credit Union has hired Diane Welter as its new Marketing and Communications Manager, based at its Maple Grove, Minnesota headquarters. Welter brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, and branding to TopLine and will be instrumental in assisting the credit union create top-of-mind awareness across the seven-county Twin Cities metropolitan area.

Welter has held various marketing and communications positions across a variety of industries, including financial services, legal services, insurance, and educational software. Previously, she was the Senior Marketing Manager for the National Arbitration Forum where she was responsible for marketing and branding initiatives. Prior to that, she served for 2 years as the Marketing Manager for Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union in St. Paul. Welter resides in Eden Prairie with her husband George and their three sons.
